Zajímavé záchodky

Tak jsme se vraceli z výletu a zašli v Brně do restaurace Skanzeen. Byla jsem tam už několikrát, ale na záchodě nikdy .... neb to bych si určitě pamatovala. Zvláště doporučuji návštěvu těch dámských (neb na pánské jsem neměla tu drzost :-). Jedny dveře, druhé dveře .... a potom pohled na K.H.Borovského .....


.... K.H.Borovský se před násliným odjezdem do Brixenu loučí se svou rodinou. Tak nějak si představuji scénu "sokolové se loučí s Janem Husem před jeho odjezdem do Kostnice". No a ani když si sednete, tak vás tato scéna neopustí.
No ještě dnes u mě tato konstelace umění-záchod vyvolává úsměv.

The prostate is the central portion of a male's reproductive system. It secretes fluids that assisted in the transportation and activation of sperm. The men's prostate is located just in front of the rectum, below the bladder and all around the urethra. When there is prostate problem, in most cases really really irritating and inconvenient for your patient as his urinary system is directly affected.

The common prostate health problems are prostate infection, enlarged prostate and prostate type of cancer.

Prostate infection, also called prostatitis, is easily the most common prostate-related overuse injury in men younger than 55 years. Infections of the prostate gland are classified into four types - acute bacterial prostatitis, chronic bacterial prostatitis, chronic abacterial prostatitis and prosttodynia.

Acute bacterial prostatitis is the least common of most forms of prostate infection. It is a result of bacteria found in the large intestines or urinary tract. Patients may experience fever, chills, body aches, back pains and urination problems. This condition is treated through the use of antibiotics or non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to help remedy the swelling.

Chronic bacterial prostatitis is a condition of a particular defect in the gland and the persistence presence of bacteria within the urinary tract. It can be brought on by trauma on the urinary tract or by infections received from other parts of the body. A patient can experience testicular pain, small of the back pains and urination problems. Although it is uncommon, it could be treated by removal from the prostate defect followed by the employment antibiotics and NSAIDs to deal with the redness.

Non-bacterial prostatitis is the reason approximately 90% of all prostatitis cases; however, researchers have not even to determine the sources of these conditions. Some researchers believe chronic non-bacterial prostatitis occur as a result of unknown infectious agents while other feel that intensive exercise and high lifting may cause these infections.

Maintaining a Healthy Prostate

To prevent prostate diseases, a suitable weight loss program is important. These are some of the things you can do to maintain your prostate healthy.

1. Drink sufficient water. Proper hydration is important for overall health and will also also maintain the urinary track clean.

2. Some studies claim that a couple of ejaculations each week will prevent cancer of prostate.

3. Eat beef without excess. It has been shown that consuming greater than four meals of beef per week will raise the risk of prostate diseases and cancer.

4. Maintain a suitable diet with cereals, vegetable and fruits to be sure sufficient intake of nutrients required for prostate health.

The most important measure to look at to make certain a healthy prostate is usually to go for regular prostate health screening. If you are forty years of age and above, you should choose prostate examination at least once annually.
